Refreshments and delicious meals are available at the local pub, The Crown – a 5 minute walk from the house.
Church of St Mary and St Peter
Grave stones for Sir Sacheverell Sitwell and Dame Edith Sitwell, along with other family members, can be seen in the graveyard opposite the Church of St Mary and St Peter, Weedon Lois. The village is a few minutes from Weston on the road to Towcester. The family hatchments and wall tablets in the church are also worth a visit.
How to find us
Weston used to be called one of the “lost” villages of Northamptonshire. To get there from London take the A40/M40 then take exit 11 to Banbury, At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto A422, At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Banbury Ln/B4525, Turn left onto Banbury Ln, Slight right toward Banbury Ln, Turn right onto Banbury Ln, Continue onto High St, to Weston Hall. Our address is Weston Hall, Nr Towcester, Northants NN12 8PU.
Transport links are excellent with both the M40 and M1 within easy reach (Junction 15a of the M1 and Juncton 10 or 11) of the M40. Milton Keynes, which offers fast 30 minute links to London can be reached in 30 minutes and Birmingham airport is just an hour’s drive away with London’s Heathrow being a 90 minute journey. A driver is on hand for anyone needing collecting from stations or airports.
